At Creative Wood Concepts, the design process begins with a consultation with a member of our design staff.

This initial meeting takes place in our showroom, where you can see many examples of our work as well as wood, trim and hardwood samples.

After the price and timeline have been agreed upon, we order materials and draw up your project's plans. For built-in pieces, your designer will come out on-site to take field measurements, prior to construction.

During construction, we invite you to come in to see your piece with all components (doors, drawers, hardware, etc.) in place. During this step, we discuss any final changes that might be needed and you get final approval on the stain before it is applied.

Then it's on to the finish room, where each coat of sealer and finish is hand sanded for a beautiful and durable final finish.

Before delivering your custom piece, we disassemble and protect it with plastic sealing wrap and blankets for delivery to your home or office.

Our own employees (never outsiders) install your creation, working with your designer to make sure the installation is perfect. Then, our designers follow-up to make sure that every detail has been taken care of.
